Friday evening was very bitter for Tromello. In fact, after 3 games, which were lost, relegation came against Ospitaletto. After an entire season there are many regrets, but there is no less satisfaction that the boys from Tromello have given by putting all their effort on the field.
From the first minute of the match both teams showed great intensity. Tromello plays very well both in attack and defense and manages to limit Ospitaletto’s attack well.
Despite Tromello’s good start, the home team managed to end the first part of the match with a nine-point lead: 29-20.
In the second part of the match Tromello didn’t give up and attempted a comeback. However, Ospitaletto is very good at managing Tromello’s excellent attacks, managing to reach 48-35 at the end of the second part of the game.
In the third quarter, eager for a comeback, the Lomellini team managed to stage almost a total comeback, thus only taking a 5-point deficit (70-65) and effectively reopening the match.
In the last partial the Lomellini continue to remain attached to the match with the hope of bringing it home. In the last 5 minutes, however, the guests were unable to withstand the pressure of Ospitaletto who managed to take home the match 89-74, effectively condemning Tromello to Serie D.
