Trevor Bauer to Stay with Red Devils of Mexico for an Additional Month

Good news for the Red Devils of Mexico, the American pitcher, Trevor Bauer, will remain with the team for one more month, after reaching an agreement with the pitcher.

The Devils agreed that Trevor Bauer will have three extra starts to the five he already had scheduled.

Bauer will continue pitching with the ‘Pandilla Escarlata’ for two more appearances at the Alfredo Harp Helú Stadium and two on tour in Yucatán and León. The pitcher has had a historic activity, because although he only arrived on a five-game agreement, he has been key in the victories of Los Diablos Rojos.

The pitcher made his fourth start of the campaign last Saturday, May 4, where he went 6.0 innings, 4 hits and two runs allowed, with two walks given away and nine strikeouts.

• Wednesday, May 15 in Mexico City vs. Puebla

Who is Trevor Bauer, former MLB pitcher?

Trevor Bauer is a former player for the Los Angeles Dodgers and Cincinnati Reds in Major League Baseball (MLB).

In 2020 he was recognized as the best pitcher in the National League with the Ohio team. Bauer debuted when he was only 21 years old in 2012 with the Cleveland Indians.

These are not all the surprises for the Devils, as they also announced a new basketball franchise, where their team will enter the National Professional Basketball League.
