Unfortunately, Rita Granata, the 27-year-old girl hit by a car in Fuorigrotta, a western suburb of Naples, last May 5, did not make it.: the young woman died three days later at the San Paolo hospital, where she had been urgently admitted after the accident and where the doctors had already noted her serious health conditions.
The accident, which later proved fatal for the 27-year-old, occurred at first light on Sunday 5 May: Rita Granata was crossing the road in via Leopardi, in the heart of the suburban neighborhood of Naples, when he was suddenly hit by a car, whose driver initially ran away, without providing first aid to the girl. The 27-year-old was rescued by the 118 health workers and transported under code red to the Fuorigrotta hospital, where she was hospitalized with a reserved prognosis and also underwent a delicate surgical operation. Today, three days after hospitalization, she died. Graduated from L’Orientale University of Naples, in 2021 Rita Granata was a candidate for the X and V Municipalities with Alessandra Clemente as mayor.
