“What is “missing” from our incredible track record is this famous back-to-back. Even against Miami in 2013, I told myself that we were missing this opportunity where we led 3-2, I really thought we were going to win the title that year. In 2004, we took Derek Fisher’s incredible shot at 0.4 seconds. In 2006, it was Nowitzki who gave us an and-one in Game 7 when we were at +3 and had to qualify and we lost in overtime. And in 2008, Kobe was incredible in the conference finals against us. »
