This is a bizarre fight, to say the least, focused on show and money. Tyson’s last professional fight was in June 2005, when he was defeated early by Kevin McBride. For Paul, it will be another fight with a famous athlete.

The 27-year-old has previously boxed with former basketball player Nate Robinson, former UFC fighters Ben Askren, Tyron Woodley and Nate Diaz, and professional boxer Tommy Fury. Only the latter managed to defeat Paul.

Even though the YouTuber’s fight with Tyson is not of great sporting importance, there is a huge promotion of the fight on the Internet. Thanks to this, the 1981 fight in which 15-year-old Tyson took part became viral on the Internet.

Tyson was stunning as a 15-year-old

It was the final of the boxing tournament at the national youth games. In the decisive fight, young Tyson faced his contemporary – Joe Cortez. And already then he presented a sample of his incredible skills, foreshadowing what would happen in the future.

Tyson knocked out Cortez in just eight seconds. After the first bell, Tyson decisively attacked his rival and bombarded him with a series of blows. Ultimately, the 15-year-old hit his rival with a powerful right hook to the jaw, which knocked Cortez off his feet.

Just five years later, Tyson became a professional world champion. On November 22, 1986, “Iron Mike” defeated Trevor Berbick in the second round, becoming the youngest heavyweight champion in history. On the day of his success, Tyson was only 20 years and 145 days old.

The American did not lose his first 37 professional fights. In February 1990, he was unexpectedly defeated by Buster Douglas, who took away his WBA, WBC and IBF championship belts. Although he later regained the first two titles, he lost them in 1996 after defeating Evander Holyfield. The rematch, which took place a few months later, ended in scandal after Tyson bit off part of his opponent’s ear.

Tyson finished his career with a record of 50 wins and six losses, with two fights declared no contest. One of them was the fight with Andrzej Gołota. Prohibited substances were then detected in Tyson’s blood.
