The current champion of the FUTVE Futsal 1 League, Centauros de Caracas, met this Thursday its rivals for the Copa Libertadores Futsal, which will be played in Argentina.
For the second consecutive year, the capital team will play in the continental competition. Last year they finished in third place.
Centaurs are in Group A alongside reigning champions Cascavel (Brazil), Cerro Porteño (Paraguay) and Barracas Central (Argentina).

Group B is made up of San Lorenzo (Argentina), Panta Walon (Peru), Fantasmas Morales (Bolivia) and Independiente Barranquilla (Colombia). For its part, Group C is made up of Magnus (Brazil), Sportivo Bocca (Ecuador), Peñarol (Uruguay) and Santiago Wanderers (Chile).
It should be noted that the Copa Libertadores Futsal will be held from May 19 to 26.
