Jakub Kamiński would probably like to forget about the ending season as soon as possible. In the previous competition, he was Wolfsburg’s main winger and it seemed that he could make a stunning career in the Bundesliga. Unfortunately, this year has been completely wasted. He only played in 15 matches and mainly as a substitute, so he only accumulated 329 minutes. On Saturday he got a chance again and he didn’t waste it.

For Kamiński, it was only the first assist of the season, even though his team had already played 32 of 34 matches. The former Lech player recently lost his place in the Polish national team and in March he played only in the under-21 team. He will have two more opportunities to play by the end of the competition. Wolfsburg only has games left against Bayern Munich (May 12) and FSV Mainz (May 18). The team is in 12th place in the Bundesliga table with 37 points and is confident of maintaining it. Bayer Leverkusen had already secured the championship title.
