The 107th edition of Tour of Italywhich starts this Saturday, bets on a once again varied tourwith interest practically from the first stage to the end, with lots of mountains and mythical peaks such as Mortirolo, Stelvio or Monte Grappa, and more than 70 kilometers of individual time trials.
From this Saturday until May 26, the Giro d’Italia will cover more than 3,400 kilometers over 21 stages in totalfive high mountains, eight medium mountains, six flats, and two individual time trials, none of them in the decisive week.
The race will start its 107th edition on Saturday with a 140 kilometer stage that will go from Venarea Reale to Turin and with a second category port in its final stretch that may cause the first interesting movements, which will be seen the next day with the final in the mythical Sanctuary of Oropa, a climb of more than 11 km and with an average slope of 7 percent.
