Sunday May 5, 2024, the Archers of Sillé-le-Guillaume (Sarthe) started the outdoor season in competition at the Le Mans Maine club, in mischievous rain.

“Thank you to Le Mans Maine for its welcome, to the referees who officiated for their self-sacrifice and to the participating archers for their desire and passion for outdoor archery,” underlines the Sillé staff.

4 medals

The results are promising with 4 medals out of 6 participants:

In recurve U18: for his first outdoor competition at 50 m, Romain Beauclair finished second.

In Senior 2, Joan Geslin also placed second.

In barebow, Laurent Carlin placed first and Nicolas Denis second.

Congratulations also to Dylan Geslin and Aurélien Samson who did not deserve anything.
