Bayern Munich winger Serge Gnabry is slowed down by another muscle injury in the final stretch of the season. In the semi-final second leg at Real Madrid he was substituted after just 27 minutes.
The 28-year-old is now threatened with a break of several weeks, as Bayern coach Thomas Tuchel subsequently revealed to “DAZN”: “It’s the same injury again, the back of the thigh again. I think it’s been going on for a while. “
It was only at the beginning of April that he suffered a similar injury to his left back thigh in the quarter-final first leg at Arsenal (2-2), which meant he was out for weeks.
