2024 is an Olympic year, with Paris becoming the center of the sporting world for three weeks between July and August. Segrate doesn’t want to be outdone: the Mini Olympiad.
Mini Olympiad
These are the last days with registrations open for Mini Olympics of Segratea morning of sport for children aged 6 to 10, which will be held Saturday 15 June from 9:00 to 13:00.

I places I am limitedyou can choose just one sport to practice. The members, based on the number, will be divided into two groups: first and second classes/third, fourth and fifth classes. Ages 8 and upAnd medical certificate is mandatory.
The initiative is organized by the Municipality in collaboration with Team Sport, leader from the Sports Council. Together with other associations that are part of it, such as Acquamarina Sport & Life, Gamma basket, Meneghina Athletics, Volley Segrate, Team Volley, City of Segrate sports hall, Rams Milan, Judo Club Segratewe managed to propose a beautiful one morning of activities in the name of physical exercise, sharing and fun, in the awareness of the fundamental role played by sport not only for the health and well-being of the person, but also for its educational and training value, and of the importance of practicing it as children.
Discipline Sportive
The discipline which will be discussed during the Segrate Mini Olympics will be:
- Basket max 100 members;
- Athletics (speed race, Vortex launch) max 50 participants;
- Football americano max 25 members;
- Field hockey max 30 members;
- Judo max 45 members;
- Karate max 45 members;
- Volleyball max 40 members;
- Men’s football max 100 members;
- Women’s soccer max 50 members.
The races will take place at the following locations:
- Leopardi School external area;
- Centroparco – Between Scuola Leopardi and Bar;
- Sports Hall 25 April;
- Football pitch 25 April.
Program of the event
The meeting will be at Segrate park centre for all athletes of the various disciplines at the times specified below:
- Volleyball:
- From 9 to 9.30 – Volleyball athletes meeting;
- 9.40 am start of activities at the Palazzetto dello Sport XXV Aprile;
- 11am end of activities and awards;
- Basketball:
- From 9.30 to 10 – basketball athletes meeting;
- Activities begin at 10am in the external area of the Leopardi School;
- 1pm end of activities and awards ceremony;
- Athletics (speed race, Vortex launch):
- From 9.30 to 10.30 – athletics athletes meeting;
- From 10.30am start of activities in the external area of the Leopardi School;
- 1pm end of activities and awards ceremony;
- Football Americano:
- From 9.30 to 10.30 – American football athletes meeting;
