The Coaching Committee of the Royal Melillense Football Federation (RFMF) held last Monday afternoon, in the territorial assembly hall, an interesting day by psychologist Enrique Roldán called ‘Respect as the basis of Melilla football’. About thirty people, including managers, players, coaches, referees, fathers and mothers, shared for approximately an hour, behaviors and actions of disrespect that should not be carried out on soccer fields. Enrique Roldán based himself on the decalogue of respect for the coach prepared by the Coaches Committee of the Royal Spanish Football Federation, which deals with respect for the coach, the game, your team, victory, other teams, the trainer, commitment, referees, to values and to be an example.
