“Prepare yourself well for the return”: PSG promises hell in Dortmund at the Parc des Princes

One week to turn everything around. PSG knows this scenario well, which seems like déjà vu. Defeated by Dortmund at Signal Iduna Park (1-0), the French champion will have to rely on his Barcelona experience to try to reach the Champions League final on June 1 at Wembley. As against the Catalans in the quarter-final, Luis Enrique’s men will have a goal to come up with in six days at the Parc des Princes in order to touch their dream with their fingertips. And from the final whistle some members of the Parisian squad immediately focused their thoughts on this return match.

All you had to do was see Luis Enrique’s gestures towards the 3,800 Ile-de-France supporters who had traveled to the Ruhr. At the final whistle, the Spanish coach walked towards them and raised his arms repeatedly, urging them to make more noise. As if he was already asking them to prepare for their return. A few moments later, it was Marquinhos’ turn to approach them, to offer his jersey and the captain’s armband that he wore during the match.
