The Algarve Football Association (AFA) will host in-person training on walking football on the 23rd of May, at 2.30 pm, in the auditorium of its headquarters, in Faro, promoted by the Portuguese Football Federation, through the Portugal Football School , in partnership with Algarve Football School.
Registration is open until the 22nd and can be done here.
A statement from the AFA explains that, among other benefits, walking football “aims to provide an escape route from a sedentary lifestyle, promote active aging, combat and prevent diseases, or promote a social life free from loneliness”.
