Pittsburgh to Host NFL Draft in 2026: A Promising Future for NFL Talent

Head to Pennsylvania in 2026 for future NFL talent

If Steelers fans struggle to rejoice on a sporting level, they can boast of welcoming the draft in 2026. Indeed, the NFL announced that Pittsburgh would host the 2026 edition of this annual event where franchises select the best eligible college players.

“The NFL Draft is one of the most anticipated and important events in American sport each year. We are delighted to partner with the city of Pittsburgh for the 2026 edition,” announced Roger Goodell league commissioner.

In its official press release, the NFL specifies that the draft will be held both at Point State Park in downtown Pittsburgh as well as around the Acrisure Stadium [ndlr : anciennement Heinz Field]antre des Steelers.

The draft was settled at Detroit in 2024 and it will take place in 2025 at the legendary Lambeau Field in Green Bay. Pittsburgh had not hosted the draft since 1948or seventy-eight years ago.
