Seven medals and a lot of satisfaction for the Pistoia judo club in the eighteenth edition of the Macaluso Trophy, held in Figline
At the end of the first semester of activity, l’ASD Judo Coach Pistoia successfully participated in the 18th Macaluso Interregional Trophy which took place in Figline Valdarno Saturday 11 May. In fact, the company ranked in 3rd place out of 43 participating companiesthanks to the determination and commitment of its athletes, who have kept the name of Pistoia judo high by winning in the various categories, divided into age and weight groupsthe following results.
Bigalli Samuele and Riganò Giacomo: gold medal
Occhibelli Viola, Vicinelli Andrea and Manganiello Efrem: silver medal
Battistini Silvia and Gori Giacomo: bronze medal
Danilo Martinelli: 5th place
The association can only consider itself therefore more than satisfied with the result obtainedbecause even those who didn’t reach the top step of the podium tested themselves by doing a worthwhile racing experience to each athlete for their personal and technical growth.
