Nogentais Judo Club Holds General Assembly to Discuss Growth and Future Plans

Friday April 26, the general assembly of the Nogentais Judo club was held at the station café, in front of representatives of the municipality, the WHO, the departmental judo committee, as well as licensees and parents of licensees.

After welcoming those present, Jean-Louis Debricon, president of the club, gave the floor to the members of the outgoing office who presented in turn the various reports of the past year, highlighting the involvement of the members of the office and licensees in the life of the club.

It appears that the club, founded in 1968 by Jacky Baptiste, is in good health and that membership continues to rise little by little after the Covid period.

Currently, the club offers judo classes (awareness, leisure and/or competition), jujitsu and gentle yoga-gymnastics. The president also specified that it is always possible to register, even during the season (registration at the club during classes on Wednesday and Friday).

Due to the Olympic year, the vote for the new office took place at the end of the session. Although there has been no major change overall in the existing management team, the club is happy to welcome new members to the team.

The evening continued with a friendly drink and a bonding meal.
