No Olympics for Chamizo: the fighter beaten at the World Championships after the Baku scandal

Rome, 12 May. (Adnkronos) – Arca Fondi and Talents in Motion (TIM) hosted the inaugural stage of PreviTank in Rapallo. The Previverso traveling forum brought together more than 60 academics, entrepreneurs, CEOs, HR specialists, trade union representatives and sector professionals for a discussion on the challenges and opportunities offered by social security.

Launched on 17 April in Milan, the Previverso project is the first welfare action lab dedicated to the new generations which aims to become an essential point of reference on the issues of social security for young people, for businesses and institutions, thanks to the development of innovative strategies and tangible for strengthening welfare.

The Rapallo event stimulated a broad and constructive debate on the weaknesses of the current pension system and on possible solutions to guarantee a financially stable future for young workers. From informed information to the gender gap, passing through the role of trade unions and beyond, the discussions developed around five working tables on specific key issues for the development of supplementary pensions.

Focus therefore on the theme of conscious information, aimed at stimulating awareness of the strategic value of social security for the personal and financial development of young people. Attraction and Retention, focused on the analysis of the potential of supplementary pensions as a competitive tool at the service of companies, with particular attention to the dynamics of talent attraction and retention. Spotlights also on the theme of ‘Welfare for Development’, the session aimed at proposing ideas that favor the development of complementary welfare, with benefits for the sustainability of public debt, the growth of the real economy and the creation of wealth. Another session was dedicated to the issue of the gender gap aimed at exploring complementary pension systems that contribute to reducing the gender gap in the pension context; and a working table saw the role of trade unions at the center of the debate, aimed at proposing ideas that envisage an active role of trade union representatives in informing and training workers on pension funds.

During the event, numerous proposals emerged aimed at relaunching the welfare system, with a focus on innovative solutions with low impact on public finances. Among these, initiatives to encourage the training of young people, promote greater competition between the different forms of supplementary pensions and ideas for using supplementary pensions as a tool to combat the gender gap. The contributions collected will be further analyzed and explored in the next PreviTank sessions which will take place after the summer in Milan and Trieste.
