The NBA has announced the All-Rookie teams for the 2023/24 season. Victor Wembanyama and Chet Holmgren were unanimously selected, but Mavs center Dereck Lively II missed the first team.

Wembanyama was unanimously voted Rookie of the Year a few days ago, and now the Frenchman, like Chet Holmgren, received all 99 votes for the All-Rookie Team. The top five are completed by Brandon Miller (Hornets), Jaime Jaquez (Heat) and Brandin Podziemski (Warriors), while Dereck Lively II (Mavericks) only made it to the Second Team.
A total of 22 players received at least one vote, and this was a first. For the first time, a player who began the season with only a two-way deal was selected for an All-Rookie Team. It is also important to note that voters did not have to take positions into consideration.

Note: Jackson is the first player to be named to the All-Rookie team after starting the season on a two-way contract. The 45th pick in 2023 signed a four-year, $8.5 million deal in February.
