[뉴스인오늘] The 6th Namyangju City Council Chairman’s Flag Badminton Competition was successfully held at the Namyangju Sports and Culture Center Indoor Gymnasium over two days on May 18th and 19th.
This competition was prepared to expand the base of badminton and revitalize daily sports, and 1,700 enthusiasts from 30 clubs belonging to the Namyangju City Badminton Association participated and competed fiercely.
At the opening ceremony held at the Namyangju Sports and Culture Center on the morning of the 18th, Namyangju City Council Chairman Kim Hyun-taek and Namyangju City Council members attended and encouraged and cheered on the participating players.
In his congratulatory address, Chairman Kim Hyun-taek said, “This is the 6th annual Badminton Tournament. I hope that you will be able to demonstrate the skills you have honed to the fullest in this tournament, and I hope that it will be an enjoyable time of harmony where players become one through competition.” He said.
