Monaco-Fenerbahçe: at what time and on which channel to watch the decisive Euroleague quarter-final?

AS Monaco faces its destiny. This Wednesday, the Roca Team hosts Fenerbahçe for the fifth match of the Euroleague quarter-finals. A momentous, decisive duel. A success would allow Saša Obradović’s men, so consistent during the regular season (3rd), to reach the final four of the most prestigious basketball club competition in Europe for the second year in a row.

Unbreathable, the series experienced a new twist last Friday, with the resounding success (65-62) won by Mike James and his teammates on the hot floor of the Turkish club. Trailing two sets to one before the match, the Monegasques had no room for error at the Ulker Sports Arena in Istanbul, and were carried by a great Élie Okobo (13 points, 3 assists, 1 rebound) despite his absence in the major five. Impermeable in defense, the Principality’s players will have to be so again in the Gaston-Médecin room to contain the third most prolific attack in the Euroleague this Wednesday.

At home, Monaco first lost after extra time (91-95) during the first match on April 24, before taking its revenge two days later (93-88). The two clashes on Turkish soil also resulted in a victory for each side, leading to this decisive match which recalls the scenario of last year’s quarter-final against Tel Aviv. At the time, the Roca Team had validated its ticket to the Final Four during a match 5 played at home. Will history repeat itself?

The decisive match between Monaco and Fenerbahçe will take place this Wednesday, May 8 at 7 p.m. It will be followed live on the Skweek platform.
