Considering the Olympic preparation schedule, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism chose the visit date as an autonomous training day that would have the least impact on training.

Minister Yoo and Vice Minister Jang were briefed on the preparations for the Olympics, including pre-training camps, meal support, and measures to improve performance. He then visited sites such as the indoor shooting range, weightlifting training range, sports climbing training range, and rugby training range to encourage the athletes and inspect the training facilities.

Minister Yoo In-chon cheered on the athletes, saying, “I came to the weightlifting training center with Vice Minister Jang Mi-ran, an Olympic gold medalist.
