Mexican Archers Sebastián García Flores and Dafne Quintero García Shine at Pan American Championship, Capture Gold and Silver Medals

The specialists of compound archery from Mexico, Sebastián García Flores and Dafne Quintero Garcíathey conquered gold and silver medalsrespectively, in the finals of individual tests of the Pan American Championship which is disputed in Medellin Colombia.

Sebastian Garcia won by score of 147-146 to the Guatemalan José Del Cid to win the gold medal, while Dafne Quintero fell to the American Alexis Ruiz.

For Sebastián García it is his second gold medal in it Medellín Archery Pan AmericanColombia, after winning the title for Mexico in the Shooting Final with compound bowalong with Juan Del Río Gutiérrez and Máximo Méndez Ortiz against Guatemala, with a score of 236-231.

Furthermore, with their pass to the final, Dafne Quintero and Sebastián García also won their ticket to the 2025 World Archery Games in Chengdu, China.

RECOGNITION

The World Archery Americas recognized what most notably of each category of archery in 2023where they appear five mexicans.
