McLaren unveils special car in tribute to Ayrton Senna for Monaco Grand Prix

As we celebrate this year the 30th anniversary of the death of Ayrton Senna, as well as that of Roland Ratzenberger, both of whom died in Imola (Italy) in 1994, the British manufacturer McLaren revealed this Tuesday a new tribute paid to the Brazilian driver who had his best days from 1988 to 1993. Indeed, Senna remains to this day the most successful driver in the history of the McLaren team, with 35 victories out of 96 Grand Prix starts.

During the Monaco Grand Prix this weekend, a circuit where Senna holds a record of six victories (in 1987 then five times in a row, between 1989 and 1993), the drivers of the British team will drive vehicles with a unique design, inspired by the helmet worn by the Brazilian, with its yellow, green and blue colors.
