Leclair celebrates victory at the Monaco Grand Prix / Day

Monaco-born Leclair, who was also fastest in qualifying on Saturday, was in first position for almost the entire race and began to increase his lead over his closest followers as the closing laps approached. For Leclair, it was the 16th victory in his career and the first success on the Monaco track.

Second, losing a little more than seven seconds, was McLaren’s Oscar Piastri, and third was another Ferrari driver, Carlos Sainz. Immediately, Lando Norris from the “McLaren” unit remained outside the top three.
