Bundesliga soccer team LASK announced its first new signing for the coming season on Wednesday. The Linzers signed the Dutchman Melayro Bogarde from TSG Hoffenheim on a free transfer; the 21-year-old defensive player received a contract until May 31, 2028.
Bogarde was trained at Feyenoord Rotterdam, among others, and in 2018 he joined Hoffenheim, for whom he made 17 professional appearances. The Dutchman played a further 52 times for the TSG amateurs, and loans also took the defensive player to his homeland to PEC Zwolle and Groningen.
