Kobe Stokes Expresses Gratitude for Continued Support and Community Initiatives

Thank you for always supporting Kobe Stokes.

On May 14th (Tuesday), Kobe Stokes players Ryota Nakanishi and Shota Watanabe and our president and representative director Jun Shibuya paid a courtesy visit to Hyogo Prefecture Governor Motohiko Saito.

Nakanishi and Watanabe said, “Although we missed out on promotion to B1, we felt that the entire Hyogo prefecture was supporting us this season, and it was because of everyone’s support that we were able to fight until the end.” He looked back on the season and expressed his gratitude for the support.

He also introduced the prefecture’s initiatives that athletes participated in during the season, including the “HYOGO Asa@” project in which Nakanishi participated and the “bicycle helmet wearing promotion campaign” in which Watanabe and Michihara served as image characters. We received words of gratitude for our cooperation.

Additionally, this season, Stokes is working with Hyogo Prefecture to create opportunities for many children to experience live sports through the “Regional Revitalization Project in Collaboration with Professional Sports Clubs, Kobe Stokes x Hyogo Prefecture x Hometown Tax Collaboration Project.” We are also participating in

Although this season was a tough one with many injuries, we were able to compete with the support of many people, and it was a season in which we were able to be involved in the future of children through things like the “Hometown Tax Donation Collaboration Project.” did.
