Kansas City Chiefs Rookie Receiver Xavier Worthy’s Car Stolen by Professional Criminals

Kansas City Chiefs rookie wide receiver Xavier Worthy had his vehicle stolen from a Kansas City residential parking lot Wednesday night, according to reports. FOX News. NBC specifies that his vehicle was allegedly stolen by a group of “professional criminals” who knew exactly what they were doing.

Worthy is the newest first-round pick of the Chiefs, who moved up four spots in the draft to select him. At the NFL combine in March, the University of Texas receiver set the record for the fastest time in league history in the 40-yard dash (4.21 seconds), breaking the record John Ross III recorded in 2017 by a hundredth of a second.

Worthy had 2,755 receiving yards and 26 career touchdowns for the Longhorns. He was named to the BIG 12 Conference first team in 2023, after catching 75 balls for 1,014 yards and five touchdowns in 14 games. He recently took part in his first practices with the Chiefs.
