Judo means “gentle way” and is a martial art that comes from Japan and was founded around 1880. During training, falling exercises and throwing and holding techniques are learned and initial competition experience is gained, under the principle of “together instead of against each other”.
Course fee: CHF 70
Course participants min./max.: 1 – 5
Course fee for children who do not live in Adliswil: Fr. 110.00 / one registration per child.
