VIVA – Jorge Martin has given a deadline for his offer to join the factory Ducati team, this method is being done so that the Prima Pramac Racing racer is not given false hope.
Even though his career in MotoGP was brilliant with a satellite team, for two seasons Jorge Martin has only been given sweet promises to join the Italian manufacturer’s squad.

It was natural for Martinator to be annoyed, so he gave himself a deadline. As reported by Motorsport, Jorge Martin has given Ducati the opportunity to reach the Italian MotoGP which will take place at Mugello, on June 2 2024.
If at this point there is no contract signed with Ducati to replace Enea Bastianini, then last year’s second MotoGP champion will return to his original team in Moto2, namely KTM.
Previously he also didn’t care about Ducati, because he was always given empty hopes, this was once conveyed to Marca as one of the media from his home country.
“I’ve been like this for the last three seasons, it doesn’t matter if I go there (Ducati Lenovo), or if other people go there. “This is something that doesn’t really matter to me,” Martin said.
Even the Austrian manufacturer has shown interest in recruiting Martin, considering that the factory team with its characteristic orange color is led by Francesco Guidotti as his former boss at Pramac Racing.
Jorge Martin has appeared aggressive this season, his positive achievements at the Le Mans Circuit, France have made the Spanish-born racer stronger at the top of the standings by pocketing 129 points.
Meanwhile, Francesco Bagnaia, the mainstay of Ducati Lenovo, is only in second place in the standings with 91 points, followed by Marc Marquez with 89 points in third place, who is now being targeted by the Italian manufacturer.
There is no certainty that Ducati will embrace Jorge Martin, making KTM Red Bull intend to bring the racer home, and are willing to pay him higher than Aprilia’s offer.
