Life away from PSG is not always rosy. Italy, reigning European champion, will play Euro 2024 in Germany (June 14-July 14) without Marco Verratti or Ciro Immobile, who do not appear in the list published Thursday of 30 players preselected by Luciano Spalletti.
Verratti, who joined the Qatari club Al-Arabi last September, has not appeared in the selection since June 2023, while Immobile, indisputable like Verratti during Euro-2021, has only played one only match under the direction of Spalletti.
