The only clash before the quarter-finals at the ATP 1000 tournament in Madrid between the surprise semi-finalists Jiri Lehecka, who is seeded 30th, and the unseeded Felix Auger-Aliassime, was decided by the Czech in four rounds in the round of 16 at the Australian Open last year for themselves.
