Impressive Results for Judo Creusot at Petits Tigres Tournament and Burgundy-Franche-Comté Championship

This Saturday, 16 chick judokas went to Saint Marcel for the third round of the Petits Tigres Tournament, accompanied by their teachers Johnny Potet and Arthur Repiquet.

After having made two technical demonstrations then two fights against opponents from all over the Saône et Loire, each of them received a number of points with a maximum score of 80.

The young Creusetins performed very well with a very good attitude.

Congratulations to all these young people for their investment in the three events.

Verdict at the end of the year to know the color of their badge: Gold, Silver or Bronze, depending on the accumulation of their two best scores.

Note that some young Creusotins from Groupe Avenir 71 who did an internship the same morning at Saint Marcel stayed on to officiate as referees or sports commissioners during the afternoon.

Sunday, it’s time for the youngest children who, for their part, headed to Besançon for the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Championship, the highest level of competition for this group.

Remember that the Creusetin club was the most represented in this championship with 16 young people qualified during the Burgundy Championship.

They were exceptional in their seriousness and commitment.

A special thought for Arthur who was seriously injured last Friday and whose young people provided their support by giving the best of themselves on the tatami.

In the medal rankings, Judo Creusot finished as the best club at this BFC championship with 6 podiums.

The Creuset teachers who coached them throughout the day congratulate them all for their investment and their work throughout the year for this achievement. The young people showed a commitment and a rage to win which touched them. The group is of high quality, both on a judo level and on a human level.
