Giroud has been playing for the Milanese since July 2021, with whom he won the championship title in his first season at the club. The striker’s next stop is Los Angeles FC, where France’s former team goalkeeper Hugo Lloris is already employed.

Giroud has scored 57 goals in 131 international matches for France – a record. He won the World Cup with the Bleus in 2018. At the European Championships in Germany this summer, France will face Austria in the group stage.
