From May 16, 2024, Regina Intemann from VfL Sittensen, in cooperation with the Sittensen Youth Center (JUZ), will give interested girls aged 12 and over an hour in judo for beginners and girls with judo experience every Thursday until the summer holidays.
Everyone who wants to try out a martial art that is all about fun and exercise is welcome here.
Where: Rote Hall primary school Sittensen
When: Thursdays 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m
From May 16, 2024 to June 20, 2024, further dates will be offered if there is good participation
Thanks to the cooperation with the JUZ, no club membership is necessary – bring a drinking bottle and sports equipment. If there is good participation, the project becomes a permanent offer.
In Judo, techniques are taught and your own skills and self-confidence are strengthened for good self-defense – a great starting program for ALL girls aged 12 and over!
