From July 8 to 13, the French youth team will head to Romania for the European Youth Championship in Ploiesti. Archers registered in the qualification process began their first selection stage last weekend during the second round of the National Youth Tournament in Vagney.
A round with even more at stake for 39 young people from the U18 and U21 recurve categories and 4 archers from the U21 compound category registered in the selection process, who were shooting to try to be part of the team. from France who will therefore fly to Romania this summer. The number of places for this championship is a maximum of 3 shooters per category. The competition is therefore tough and the archers will have to be efficient and consistent to win their place under the tricolor colors.
To note that Victor Bouleau (Compiègne), Francois Dubois (Rennes) and Alyssia Chambraud (Achères) are already selected due to their selection at the Senior European Championship which took place in Essen (GER) from May 7 to 12.
