French Archers Dominate to Win European Team Title After 7-Year Drought

Led by Jean-Charles Valladont, Picard Thomas Chirault and Baptiste Addis, the French left the Italians no chance in the final, winning 6-0 (53-51, 52-50, 57-56), to win the first continental title since 2014.

The French, with Lisa Barbelin, Caroline Lopez and Amélie Cordeau, dominated the Dutch 5-3 (55-55, 50-51, 52-51, 52-50) in the final for a first European team crown also since 2014.

Individually, Thomas Chirault stopped in the round of 16, stopped by his teammate Jean-Charles Valladont (6-4).
