France Judo is looking for an events company to support it during its sporting and non-sporting events for:
– room layout,
– technique (sound, light and video),
– the furniture,
– transport/technical.
Sporting and non-sporting events:
Sporty :
Paris Grand Slam (Venue: Accor hotel arena Paris Bercy).
National Championships (Venues throughout France).
Judo Pro League
Non-sporting:
Living room, evening… (France Judo location: 75014).
Duration of the market: Two years renewable, France Judo wishes the proposed prices to be firm for 2024 and 2025. The market begins to be executed upon notification.
Number and consistency of lots: This contract is allotted.
Allocation methods: The choice of the holder for each of the lots will be made in particular on the basis of the following criteria:
Price coefficient 4 This criterion will be assessed according to the offer
Quality of services (quality of equipment, technicality, etc.) coefficient 4
This criterion will be assessed according to the offer
Dedicated team (availability, responsiveness, professionalism, etc.) coefficient 2
This criterion will be assessed according to the offer
Documents provided as part of the CSR policy coefficient 1 URSSAF certificate (less than 6 months), tax certificate (less than 6 months), valid civil and professional insurance certificate, reach signed by you (see pj) , CSR protocol signed by you (see pj), labor law certificate signed by you (see pj)
