The Greek basketball club “Panathinaikos” of Athens secured a place in the final four of the ULEB Euroleague with a victory in the decisive game on Tuesday. “Panathinaikos” defeated “Maccabi” Tel Aviv 81:72 at home in the fifth game of the quarterfinals and reached 3-2 in the series up to three victories.

In the ULEB Euroleague, 18 teams played a two-round tournament, the best six entered the elimination tournament, while the seventh to tenth place winners secured a place in the “play-in” games. The final four tournament will take place in Berlin this season.
