Ferrari Unveils Special Edition Livery for Miami Grand Prix with New Title Sponsor HP

Yesterday, May 1st, the Maranello company underlined that the one in the United States will be a special event, “a page to remember” in the history of the team, which rediscovers two colors that are part of the tradition even if less known than red, yellow and black. These are the Azzurro La Plata and the Azzurro Dino.

The shades will be present on the hull of the SF-24 visible on the wings, on the engine cover, on the halo, on the rear-view mirrors, on the race numbers and, in a historical reference that could not be missing, also on the rims, as it was on the Ferrari’s Formula 1 car in the 1960s. Miami’s SF-24 will partly recall the Ferraris that were fielded in single-seater and covered-wheel races by Luigi Chinetti’s North American Racing Team. Drivers Leclerc and Sainz will also wear a special uniform, predominantly La Plata Blue, including overalls, shoes, gloves and helmet, with inserts in Dino Blue (and the wall, on Sunday, will have the same color uniform).

Meanwhile, a new sponsor is also announced: «This race also marks the beginning of the collaboration with HP, our new title partner – underlines team principal Fred Vasseur – with whom we share many values». The dominant Hewlett-Packard logo, which debuts on the single-seaters and other team equipment from this race, goes perfectly with the theme chosen by the Maranello company for the week in Miami.
