A historic player from Oviedo Basketball is leaving. Hector Galan He has been working at the Pumarín club since its foundation, back in 2004. After an extensive career as a player with time in several EBA League teams, the Aviles native was from the beginning one of the pillars in the OCB structure.
From his role as General Director, he was most responsible for the preparation of the squads, with a resume full of successes in terms of the high percentage of signings that showed great performance in Pumarín. His work has been key in the numerous successes of the Ocebista club, including several promotions, participation in the playoffs in LEB Oro and a Princess of Asturias Cup in this category.
He Oviedo Basketball has called for a press conference at the Pumarín Sports Center at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow, Wednesday, in which they will be present Fernando Villabellapresident of the club, and Héctor Galán himself, to explain all the details of the departure of an Aviles native who leaves his mark on the OCB.
