Tennis pro Dominik Koepfer clearly missed out on reaching the semi-finals at the ATP tournament in Lyon. The world number 67 lost in the round of the last eight to Argentinian Tomas Martin Etcheverry (No. 6) 4:6, 1:6 and was eliminated in the dress rehearsal for the French Open. In the round of 16, Koepfer (Furtwangen) had surprisingly eliminated the top-seeded Frenchman Ugo Humbert in three sets the day before.
