After announcing his retirement as a professional tennis player for the 2025 season, Diego Schwartzman had his last function in the Rome Masters 1000. After going through the qualifying stage, the Argentine appeared in the first round of the Italian tournament but could not beat the Australian Aleksandar Vukic, who was victorious 6-2 and 6-2.

The next step of Schwartzman in the circuit it will be in the qualy of Roland Garros, in what will be his last participation in Paris. If you qualify, you will compete for the 11th time in the main draw of the only major that is disputed over brick dust.
