“In 2023, as May 8 fell on a Monday, we organized the tournament over three days in a row. There, we took advantage of Ascension Thursday to have a day of rest before starting the doubles and mixed events. The competitors were quite happy to have a day to take a break after the singles tournament,” says Antoine Weber, responsible for organizing the tournament and president of the Constantia badminton section.
