The accident happened on Sunday after Switzerland’s match with Austria (6:5), which the former hockey player commented on for the TV channel ČT Sport. He was hit by a car late in the evening while returning home on his scooter.
The fifty-four-year-old commentator is out of danger, but this year’s hockey championship is over for him. According to the Sport.cz server, he suffered ten fractures and has a seriously injured leg.
