Colombia Sends 9 Archers to Compete in Archery World Cup

Colombia traveled with 9 archers to Korea to compete in the Archery World Cup

The second stop of the World Archery World Cup began, an event that counts for position in the World Ranking and for qualification to the World Cup Final that will take place this year in Tlaxcala, Mexico.

This Cup also serves as preparation for the Colombian archers qualified for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games and for the women’s team that will seek its place in Turkey in the month of June.

The delegation is made up of the following archers:

Women’s recurve team: Valentina Acosta, Ana María Rendón and Maira Sepúlveda. DT Heber Mantilla.

Women’s Composite Team: Alejandra Usquiano, Sara López. DT Darío José Mercado.

Men’s recurve team: Santiago Arcila, Jorge Enríquez and Andrés Hernández. DT Julián Andrés García.

Composite Men’s Individual Team: Juan Pablo Gómez.

The goalkeepers Ana María Rendón, Santiago Arcila, Jorge Enríquez and Andrés Hernández already have a secured ticket to travel to Paris for the Olympic Games.
