Chello Gálvez offers cheap food and medicine, as well as social and recreational assistance centers for older adults

The candidate for mayor of the capital district Sergio “Chello” Gálvez closed his campaign this Wednesday in El Chorrillo with an extensive walk where he talked about his proposals to have food and medicine through the “Chello Market.”

The 4 Chello Markets with cheap food, below its cost, will be established in the four circuits of the capital district. For their part, the six multipharmacies will also be established so that Panamanians can purchase medications below the current cost.

Chello Gálvez walked with hundreds of supporters from El Chorrillo, Santa Ana, Río Abajo, Juan Díaz and Tocumen, some of the towns where he proposes the creation of care centers for older adults.

With a pleasant murga, the Realizing Goals and Alliance candidate walked from the Piedra church along Calle 27 El Chorrillo and Avenida A, where he was applauded by dozens of supporters who reside there.

House by house, “Chello” visited families who raised their concerns and needs, including employment and the opportunities that should be given to young people who are currently not in school and not working.

Gálvez proposes the creation of four new centers for seniors in Panama North and Panama West for those who have dedicated themselves to raising their children. Likewise, her proposal includes the creation of 24-hour daycare centers, aimed at working mothers who have no one to leave their children with.

Another of the mayoral candidate’s proposals contemplates “the creation of veterinary clinics equipped with adequate medical facilities and qualified personnel to offer quality care to pets.”

Sergio Chello Gálvez, after concluding his walk, asked attendees to stop early, “remember to vote for the mayor and for the deputation in box 7 for the Realizing Goals party.”
