The second Shaanxi Province “Yanchang Petroleum Cup” three-person basketball league has five levels: township (community) level, county (district) level, city level, regional level, and provincial level; and 33 groups in seven sections: township group, community group, industry group, youth group, club group, college student group, and cadre and staff group. Among them, the city level, regional level, and provincial level competitions are subject to the application system.
The league is divided into four stages throughout the second half of the year. The first stage is from May to July 2024, with preliminary and final matches at the township, county (district) level; the second stage is from July to August 2024, with preliminary and final matches at the municipal level; the third stage is from August to September 2024, with competitions in northern Shaanxi, southern Shaanxi, and Guanzhong; the fourth stage is from October to November 2024, with the provincial finals.
