The BMR Martel & Fils women’s baseball club in Maniwaki presents, for a second year, the BMR Martel & Fils Women’s Club Tournament. The event will take place from June 21 to 23 at the Cité universitaire de la Haute-Gatineau.
One of the tournament organizers, Alexandra Paul, gives more details:
Already, as soon as the tournament was announced, several teams came forward, following the first edition which was a great success:
This is a 3-shot tournament, with 3 games guaranteed for each team. There will be a bar operated by La Québécoise whose profits will go to Pakwaun and a canteen run by Kris Odjick.
Regarding registrations, there is no longer any room for women’s teams, but there is still room for men’s teams. To register, 819-334-2580.
