Belgian Cup Victory: Mohamed Amoura Leads Royale Union Saint-Gilloise to Success

As expected Mohamed Amoura won the Belgian Cup with Royale Union Saint-Gilloise.

Starting against Antwerp, the Algerian striker was not very prominent in this very close meeting won 1-0 by his club.

Amoura was only able to place one shot off target and had only one opportunity in a one-on-one situation but he participated quite a bit in the defensive actions.

The only goal of the match was scored by Machida in stoppage time in the first period.

After the Swiss Cup won in 2022 with Lugano, this is the second trophy in Europe for the former Setif player who is still in the race for the title of Belgian champion.
